Thermal Water Park

Our Water Park is open every day of the year, from 10am to 6pm. In high season, the park can be opened before 10am to avoid crowds at the entrance, from the moment the gate opens (it can be from 8am, depending on the demand) people can start looking for their tables and barbecue areas, but the pools can only be used after 10am. Keep these hours in mind as there are not always tables, benches, grills and barbecue areas for everyone.

Before paying the ticket, verify children ages since at the Water Park we will ask for their and if it is not well paid, you will have to pay the difference before entering.

Adults: everyone 11 years and older, including retirees (no special discount)

Minors: children from 3 to 10 years old.

Infants: 2-year-old children do not pay entry; they only pay the shuttle, if needed, for insurance. Keep in mind that, if you do not pay shuttle for an infant and there are no seats available when boarding, you must stay and find another mean of transport to Cacheuta. The amount paid will not be refunded.

Baby: children under 2 years old do not pay. They must go on the adult lap.

The ticket to the Water Park is purchased without shuttle. If you want to add our shuttle, you must go to the “Shuttle to Water Park” Product and add it to your shopping cart. Verify that you are paying for both services to ensure the shuttle. We have 19-passenger vans. Passenger can carry a backpack or small handbag, they will not be able to carry suitcases, wheelchairs or baby strollers. You must be waiting at the Meeting Point (shown on a map when adding the product to the cart) from 8:45 am, at 9:00 am we leave. The return will be at 6:00 pm from the Water Park, or where indicated by the driver upon arrival. Please do not commit to activities immediately after arriving, as the duration of the shuttle depends on external factors to us.

Keep in mind before booking the Regulations to stay inside the Water Park:

You and the rest of our visitors come to the Termas Cacheuta Water Park to enjoy the thermal water and nature. To make the most of your day and avoid accidents, respect the signs and instructions of the staff and please, take care of the environment without altering its beauty and naturalness.

– Social distance protocols: mask, hand hygiene and distance of 2 meters between people who do not belong to the same affinity group.

– Seniors who enter with a minors must accompany them during their stay, explaining the regulations and guiding them in their actions.

– Pools: Only with a bathing suit. Ladies cannot enter with shorts, only bikini or one-piece swimsuit. With tided up hair.

– It is recommended: not to drink alcohol during the day and to wait a reasonable time after eating, to enter the pools.

– Monitor and take care of personal belongings.

– Prohibited: Consume drinks and/or food in the pools. Throwing oneself off the edges of the pools.

– For your health, in case of: high or low blood pressure, recent surgeries, obesity, diabetes or pregnancy; check with your physician the recommended time to stay in the pools. Maintain cleanliness and order.

– The company reserves the right of admission and permanence

When you buy online, you will receive an email with details of the reservation and after a few days the invoice will be sent to you. Our cancellation policy is flexible; we allow paid reservations to be canceled 24 hours in advance. However, we ask that you are certain that we have received the cancellation request. We recommend calling our offices (+54.9.261.5191676) and then sending us an e-mail confirming the cancellation (ventas@termascacheuta.com). The important thing is that the cancellation request is received by our staff in a timely manner, and to ensure this, request a confirmation email of the canceled reservation. Once the reservation is canceled, with the e-mail received by you, you will be able to have that credit for future reservations, in any of our services.

Thermal Hotel & Spa

Through this website you will only be able to check rates and pictures of the room, not to book. When you place dates, the web will always show you availability so that you can know the rates and services of each of our rooms, but this does not imply that there is availability. When you enter the data and click on CHECK AVAILABILITY, the web will send our sales team an automatic email to check availability on the dates chosen by you. In this way, we will continue the reservation process by e-mail. Any questions you can call +54.9.261.5191676, but the booking has to be made by e-mail.

Hotel & Spa TermaSpa:

All programs / services provided there

Our TermaSpa is open every day of the year, from 10am to 6pm. You are buying one of the programs/services provided by the TermaSpa of the Hotel & Spa, it will be provided during those hours, some for 3 hours, others for 8 hours. Having passed the hours provided for the paid service, you must leave the facilities, otherwise we will proceed to charge you the service difference until the Full Day service rate is completed.

Before paying for the service, please remember that the TermaSpa will only be able to enter those over 14 years of age. Children under 14 years old cannot enter the Thermal Spa because in this place, our guests and tourists seek tranquility, and children could disturb for this purpose. For this reason, they can only use an outdoor thermal water swimming pool (28 ° C). To enter this pool, children must always be supervised by an adult.

Whatever the service you purchase from the TermaSpa, it is purchased without shuttle. If you want to add our shuttle, you must go to the “Shuttle to Spa” Product and add it to your shopping cart (not all services can add transfer). Verify that you are paying for both services to ensure the shuttle. We have in 19-passenger vans. Passengers can carry a backpack or small handbag, they will not be able to carry suitcases, wheelchairs or baby strollers. The van will pick you up at the Hotel you have selected when making the purchase. If you are staying at that Hotel you must wait at 8:45 am in the lobby of said hotel, if you are not staying in it, you can wait at the door/side of that hotel. We can take 45 minutes to visit all the hotels and you must wait for us without worrying or going anywhere else since if you are not there when we pick you up, you may lose the shuttle. Once all the passengers have been collected, we leave to Cacheuta along a road full of spectacular landscapes arriving at Hotel & Spa after approximately 45 minutes. At the end of your service, you must wait promptly at the Lobby of the Hotel to return to the City of Mendoza and leave each one at the same hotel. We recommend not committing as the estimated return time will depend on the traffic of that day.

Before booking your services at TermaSpa, keep in mind the following information that can help you decide whether to finalize the purchase

People with less than 30 days of surgery, people with heart failure, hypo tension, or chemotherapy treatments, cannot take TermaSpa. Pregnant or lactating women should consult with their doctor so that he evaluates the advisability of entering the thermal water.

To enter the Thermal Spa you  must do so with a bathing suit, (Women, full suiwsuit or bikini, NO shorts) and flip flops.

In the area there is only a Movistar cell phone signal.

We have wi-fi only inside the Hotel.
