Thermal Water Park

  • The fastest, simplest and most instantaneous way is buying the ticket online through this website with visa or mastercard credit cards. You can buy tickets with or without shuttle to our Thermal Water Park. You should go to BUY ONLINE
  • If you want to buy only the ticket (without transfer) with cash, then you must buy it directly at the Water Park. We cannot reserve it for you, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you want to buy the ticket with shuttle paying by bank transfer , you can write to us by e-mail. The answer will not be instantaneous and your ticket + shuttle will not be confirmed until you have paid. We need you to copy and paste the data we require below and send it complete to ventas@termascacheuta.com:

Termas Cacheuta Water Park
Open every day of the year.
Hours: from 10am to 6pm.

Keep in mind that you come to the Termas Cacheuta Water Park to enjoy the thermal water and its nature. To make the most of your day and avoid accidents, respect the signs and every instruction of the staff, taking care of the environment without altering its beauty and naturalness.
– Social distancing protocols: use mask covering mouth and nose, wash frequently your hands and keep distance of 2 meters with people who do not belong to your same affinity group.
– Seniors who enter with a minor be with them during their stay at the park, explaining the regulations and guiding them in their actions.
– In the Pools: Only with a bathing suit. Ladies cannot enter with shorts, only bikini or one piece swimming suit. Your hair must be tied up.
– Time in the pools: with the restrictions given by social distance rules, customers can enter the pools at intervals of 10 minutes. Ones in the pool, an affinity group must be distanced from the other one by 2 meters.
– It is recommended: not drink alcohol during the day and to wait a reasonable time after eating, before entering the pools.
– Monitor and take care of personal belongings.
– Prohibited: Consume beverages and/or food in the pools. Throwing yourself from the edges of the pools.
– For your health, in case of: high or low blood pressure, recent surgeries, obesity, diabetes or pregnancy; ask a doctor for recommended time for staying at pools.
– Maintain cleanliness and order.
– The company reserves the right of admission and permanence.
– Pic-Nic: you can enter with picnic chairs and tables and what you want to consume during the day.
– Keep in mind that inside the Water Park we have a Market where you can buy: ice, firewood, fresh drinks, and more.
– You can also rent security lockers, Tables with 4 chairs and an umbrella, lounge chairs and more.

  • Our shuttle of 19-passenger goes from a Meeting Point in the City of Mendoza to Cacheuta, round trip. You must be waiting at the Meeting Point indicated at the map when you buy the shuttle ticket. Departure is  from 8:45 am, at 9:00 am. The return will be at 6:00 pm from the Water Park (or where the driver indicates you upon arrival). We recommend not committing with any other activity, since the estimated return time will depend on the traffic of that day. Important: when you buy the ticket for the park you have to add the transfer as another additional product.
  • Buses form the Company Andesmar  departure more than twice a day from Mendoza City’s Bus Terminal “Terminal del Sol”. They have fixed round-trip schedules. We do not inform schedules or costs as they may vary. Consult with Andesmar company.
  • If you are coming by car, you can come following the directions to get to the Thermal Water Park (click to go to Google Maps). In Cacheuta you can park your car in private parking lots.

Paid reservations can only be canceled 24 hours in advance, by calling our offices (+54 9 261 5191676) and then sending us an e-mail confirming the cancellation (ventas@termascacheuta.com). It is important that the cancellation request is received by our staff on time, and to ensure this, request us a confirmation email of the canceled reservation. If the payment is made, you will be able to have that credit for future reservations, in any of our services.

Our Thermal Water Park is open with Protocols to follow:

– Keep social distancing of 2 meters with people who do not belong to the same affinity group.
– Wear a mask, wash your hands well and frequently and disinfect with alcohol when necessary.
– Time in the pools: customers may enter the pools at 10-minute intervals if necessary. Once inside, an affinity group must be distanced from the other by 2 meters.

 

They will pay tickets to the Water Park as:

Adults: everyone 11 years and older, including retirees (no special discount)
Minors: children from 3 to 10 years old.
Infants: 2-year-old children do not pay entrance, only pay shuttle.
Babies: children under 2 years old do not pay entry nor shuttle
Disabled: with CUD and DNI they have the ticket released once a month. They must request it by mail to ventas@termascacheuta.com

Through our website you  cannot book, you will be able to set dates in order to check  the final quote of your stay. You will be able to see the differents rooms and their rates. Go and  CHECK AVAILABILITY , our sales team will receive your information by e-mail and then continue the reservation process with you.

Although each time of the year is different, for us, each day is the best day for you to visit us. We give the best of us in order you can enjoy a special stay. Anyway, we give you some tips of each season of the year to help you decide:

Summer: the temperature (more than 28 ° C approx.) is equal to the temperature of the thermal water. Ideal for people who suffer from cold weather. They will be able to enjoy outdoor activities and the gardens.
-First weeks of Autumn and last of Spring: it is usually the best time to enjoy thermal tourism. With average temperatures (15 to 25 ° Caprox.), one can appreciate different temperatures of thermal water and stay for a longer period o time in the hottest pools. At the same time, you can enjoy outdoor activities and lounge chairs in the sun.
Winter and the weeks before and after it: the temperatures are low (0 to 20 ° C approx.), so you can enjoy the thermal water at its hottest temperatures. You can spend most of the day in the pools contemplating the landscape, to which is added the steam o the water.

  • Every  rooms at our Hotel & Spa are on the first floor without elevator. They do not have television or minibar.
  • People with less than 30 days of surgery, people with heart failure, hypo tension, or chemotherapy treatments, cannot use TermaSpa. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult with their doctor in order to evaluate if they can enter to thermal water pools.
  • To enter the Thermal Spa they must use swimsuit (Women with bikini or one-piece, NO shorts) and flip flops. It opens at 10 am and closes at 6:30 pm.
  • Guests staying at the Hotel will share the facilities, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with visitors who take the different programs for the day at the Thermal Spa.
  • There is only cell phone signal in the area for Movistar .
  • Hotel guests will have included wi-fi . However, they should take into account that the speed is not good and that they will only be able to use it at the lobby.
  • Rates in no case include transfer service .
  • If you don’t have car, we recommend a taxi of trust (with whom we have worked for many years). We only make the reservation, then you will pay to the driver. You can ask us for the rates when you book the nights at the Hotel.
  • Buses form the Company Andesmar  departure more than twice a day from Mendoza City’s Bus Terminal “Terminal del Sol”. They have fixed round-trip schedules. We do not inform schedules nor costs as they may vary. Consult with Andesmar company. Keep in mind that the stop in Cacheuta is 300mts away and you will have to walk with your luggage)
  • If you are coming by car you can follow the directions to get to the Hotel & amp; Spa ( click to go to Google Maps ). Our Hotel has enough space to park but does not have covered garages.
  • Covid-19 :

– In case of Covid-19 positive or a proven close contact, we will request the certificate and you can reschedule for any other date of 2021-2022.

– If our Hotel is open but there are problems with the means of transport or permissions between provinces/countries, you must notify us the same day you find it out. Then you will be able to reschedule for any other date from 2021-2022

– In the event that our Hotel has to close , we will inform you and you can reschedule the reservation for any other date from 2021-2022.

  • For any other personal inconvenience , you must notify us 10 days before in order to reschedule your reservation. If it is less than 10 days, we will put the room up for sale and if it is sold, then you can reschedule the reservation.

Pools :

  • In swimming pools, the affinity groups must respect each other’s distance.
  • It is possible that, due to the less capacity of the pools, you will have to rotate pools so that everyone can use all of them.
Breakfast and Lunch Buffet:
  • The restaurant have tables with distance.
  • It will be assisted by our collaborators.
Mask and hand cleaning:
  • The Mask will not be necessary in the pools, but mus be used outside them.
  • Constant hand washing and alcohol disinfection are recommended.

Although children under 14 years old can stay at our Hotel & amp; Spa, it is not a Hotel aimed for children. We have a single rate. Everyone over 4 years old must paid that rate.

  • Children under 14 years old cannot enter the Thermal Spa because in the place, our guests and tourists seek tranquility, and
    children may disturb.. For this reason, they will only be able to use an outdoor thermal swimming pool (28 ° C). They must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Our Hotel & amp; Spa does not have babysitters. We have a game room (pool table and ping pong) and some board games. There is one TV only, at the lobby and one PC.
  • Another option for children is the Thermal Water Park (800m away from the hotel). Children must go with an adult and in their own mobility (you can get there by foot).

We do not have discounts for retired or disabled . Disableds have a free day per month at the Water Park.
