• FOUR NIGHTS (Sunday to Thurs. Holidays or long Weekends not included):
An extra Facial Hydration per stay. Additional to the half hour massages you have included per day, have a half an hour Facial Hydration done.

• FIVE NIGHTS (Sunday to Thurs. Holidays or long Weekends not included):
4 nights' promo + an upgrade to an hour Massage Therapy per stay.
Massage Therapy: Therapeutic massages such as lymphatic drainage, acupressure, sport massage.

• SEVEN NIGHTS:
5 night's promo + one facial treatment per stay.
Traditional Facial Treatment: Our signature facial includes skin analysis, cleansing, toning and exfoliating treatment that culminates with a moisturizing finish.

Cancellation Policy
• Ten days prior to the registration date, the passenger should inform the hotel about the cancellation of his/her reservation for a 100% refund or store credit.
• Within nine days prior to the registration date, the passenger should inform the hotel about the cancellation. If the room gets reserved again on the cancellation date, the passenger will receive credit which can be used within the following six months by paying a rate difference.
• If the room is not occupied the total amount of nights of the reservation, the passenger will be charged the complete rate for the original nights in the reservation.

Reservations

Included Services
• Free Access to the Thermal Water Park: From 10:00am to 6:00pm. For more information on the pools, hydrotherapies and facilities go to Water Park Interactive Map.
• Access to barbecue facilities (with and without ceiling) by order of arrival.
• Access to toilettes, showers and locker rooms.
• Reservations: If transportation is not included, a reservation is not necessary.

Reservations
Only required for the transportation. Reservation to access the Water Park is not necessary. In order to check availability and go through with the reservation go to Contact and choose one of the means for communication with our reservations staff.

Rules
• Please bear in mind that you are coming to the Cacheuta Thermal Water Park to enjoy the thermal waters and the nature which surrounds them. In order to make the best of your stay at the Hotel and to avoid possible accidents, make sure to follow and respect the signaling and the staff's indications, taking care of the environment without altering its beauty.
• Adults who enter the Park with a minor must accompany them during their stay, explaining the rules to them and guiding them.
• We ask you to read carefully the following recommendations and explain them to the children and elders who come to the Park with you.
• Use of the pools: Only wearing a swimsuit. Women are not allowed to enter the pools wearing shorts; only swimsuits or two pieces. Their hair must be tied.
• We recommend: Do not drink alcohol. You should wait the necessary amount of time after eating to enter the swimming pools. Watch your personal objects.
• Not allowed: Drinking/eating inside the pools. Jumping from the edge of the pools.
• For your own health: in case of hypertension or hypotension, recent surgeries, obesity, diabetes or pregnancy, please consult the amount of time allowed inside the pools.
• Maintain cleanness and order.
• The company reserves the right for admission and permanence of the clients.

Personas con capacidades especiales
Por decisión de la empresa, se ha desarrollado un programa que tiende a que las personas con capacidades diferentes puedan disfrutar de nuestros servicios turísticos.
Podrá solicitar su ingreso liberado al Parque de Agua Termal (una vez por mes y sólo para días de semana, no válido para fines de semanas ni feriados) toda persona con capacidades diferentes. Dichas personas o sus acompañantes deberán concurrir a nuestras oficinas comerciales ubicadas en la calle Pedro B. Palacios 1230, Ciudad de Mendoza.

Deberán presentar:
• Copia del certificado de discapacidad vigente.
• Copia del DNI de la persona con capacidades especiales.
• Copia del DNI del acompañante responsable, si el certificado de discapacidad lo requiere.
• En caso de discapacitados viscerales, certificado médico vigente en el que conste que pueden hacer uso de las piscinas de Agua Termal a distintas temperaturas.
